Kasundi, Lamb and Goat Cheese Pizza
This is so easy but so gourmet.
1 pizza base (you can use a wrap or turkish bread as an alternative)
Black Earth Kasundi or Kasundi with Kick
Cooked and finely sliced or chopped lamb (leftover roast is ideal)
Goat feta or other crumbly cheese
Baby spinach leaves or finely chopped coriander leaves to garnish (optional)
Generously spread the kasundi over your pizza base. Top with the lamb and then goat cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 10-15mins. Garnish with the baby spinach leaves or coriander and serve.
